Booth fees are $30 without electricity or $35 with electricity (20amps), payable in advance with this registration form. Booth space is a maximum of 10X10. Please indicate on the registration form if you plan to bring a tent or awning to use over your space.

Arts and crafts vendors may sell original works only . The sale of any other merchandise is prohibited.

Franchise food establishments are prohibited from participating.

Space for commercial exhibits is limited. Regular booth fees apply and Tumbling Waters Society reserves the right to prohibit any items deemed unsuitable.

Space for educational exhibits and demonstrations are free if no merchandise is offered for sale , but a registration form must be submitted.

Vendors or participants are responsible for providing tables, table covers, chairs, tents, 3-prong grounded extension cords , and any other equipment needed.

No overnight camping facilities are available in the Park, and no camping is allowed. No pets are allowed.

Booth operating hours is Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 12:30pm to 5:30pm.

Set up time is Friday after 2pm and Saturday 8am - 10am. Sign in at the registration table located in the Jefferson side parking lot before unloading.

Designated parking is reserved for exhibitors; see the map on the reverse side.

Festival is held rain or shine.

To register, please fill out the form below and return it, with your check payable to Tumbling Waters Society to: DEANNA TURNER 123 NORMAN WAY ATHENS, GA. 30606 by August 31, 2004. Confirmation notices and brochures are mailed the first week in September. Your cashed check is notice of receipt.

A $5 refund is given to vendors who recruit another acceptable vendor for the festival. This application can be copied. Refunds are provided at the registration table located in the Jefferson side parking lot.

The festival is a two-day event and vendors are expected to participate both days; however, please notify me if you are unable to attend on Sunday so that assignments can be properly made.
