Corn Crib #2
It is believed that this corn crib was built in the early 1900's and was located on the Jefferson Road in Apple Valley. Morgan Nix built the barn and the house on the same farm in 1885.
His daughter, Lydia Nix, married Ed Massey. S.J. Shirley purchased the farm from the Masseys. The corn crib was given to Tumbling Waters Society by the S.J. Shirley family and moved from Stone Shirley's farm in Apple Valley in 1998.
